BADLAPUR PLANT
Our plant is located at village Dahivli, Kulgaon,
Badlapur (E) near kalian It is approx 5 km away
from Badlapur station. Total area of plant is
40,000 sqft out of which 6000 sqft is built up
area.
PALGHAR PLANT
This state of art plant is located at Diwan and
sons industrial state (district Thane), which is
one of the epicenters of our manufacturing
facilities. Total area of plant is 12,000 Sqft.

Fabrication of steel structure is supervised by
experienced staff and certified welders. We have
excellent work force and enough space to handle
any amount of work.
DESIGN, MANUFACTURING AND INSTALLATION
DESIGN
Our experienced engineers work closely to design
pre- fabricated structure, space frames as per
owner’s requirement and site conditions
ENGINEERING
This stage consists of a computer structural
analysis to provide all the calculations that
satisfy code requirement
MANUFACTURING
Shop drawings are sent to the factory for
fabrication; manufacture all structural members
and accessories for complete installation.
ERECTION:
The pre-fabricated structures or space frames
are assembled on the ground and installed using
crane or scaffolding. The structure will undergo
full and complete final inspection after
installation.
ROOFING AND CLADDING:
The roofing and cladding of these structures can
be done by A.C. sheet, corrugated G.I. sheet,
pre coated colored sheets, aluminum sheets and
for transparent roof, beside laminated safety
glass, polycarbonate sheets, fiber glass or
acrylic sheets can be used.
The roof slop can be adjusted but the minimum
recommended slop is 3%.
