History & Mission:

The Company was founded in 1990 by a team of highly Professional and Quality oriented executives.
They had the qualifications and the industry experience spanning across a broad range of business.
The company was founded to cater to the wide scope of making industrial sheds and various other steel structures. The general idea was to provide service to the customer and to create a name in this
segment.

The Mission of the company is to design, provide quality materials and service to customer's
satisfaction. The company is looking ahead to expand in this field by keeping pace with time, adding future technologies and innovating new designs.
Plant & Machinery

Our plant is located at village Dahivli, Kulgaon, Badlapur (E) near kalian It is approx 5 km away from Badlapur station. Total area of plant is 40,000 sqft out of which 6000 sqft is built up area. Fabrication of steel structure is supervised by experienced staff and certified welders. We have excellent work force and enough space to handle any amount of work.

Design, Manufacturing and Installation

DESIGN
Our experienced engineers work closely to design pre- fabricated structure, space frames as per owners requirement and site conditions.

ENGINEERING
This stage consists of a computer structural analysis to provide all the calculations that satisfy code requirement.

MANUFACTURING
Shop drawings are sent to the factory for fabrication; manufacture all structural members and accessories for complete installation.

ERECTION:
The pre-fabricated structures or space frames are assembled on the ground and installed using crane or scaffolding. The structure will undergo full and complete final inspection after installation.

ROOFING AND CLADDING:
The roofing and cladding of these structures can be done by A.C. sheet, corrugated G.I. sheet, pre coated coloured sheets, aluminium sheets and for transparent roof, beside laminated safety glass, polycarbonate sheets, fibre glass or acrylic sheets can be used.

The roof slop can be adjusted but the minimum recommended slop is 3%.

Quality Control Systems

All structures are designed and manufactured strictly according to ISI specifications ensuring maximum safety and economy by making optimum use of quality raw materials and sheets.

there is a laboratory to check the raw materials to varify the standard of material supplied to us as well as to ascertain the quality of manufactured steel structures at various stages. The lab is equipped with all necessary equipments.

* all raw material (structural & tubes) required for the product are as per ISI specification.

  All dimensional & weight checking as per ISI specification is carried out at our factory.
 Quality manual is maintained as per requirement of is 9002
  All welders are tested & certified welders.
